Trust Wallet announced the launch of Trust Wallet AI, a new artificial intelligence layer developed to transform the cryptocurrency management experience within the digital wallet. The new feature expands the platform’s functionality by offering personalized information about users’ assets, while keeping the self-custody model as the foundation of the service.

According to the company, the tool uses on-chain data to generate portfolio analyses, track market movements, present token research, and assist in transaction preparation. The goal is to allow users to access relevant information and carry out different actions within blockchain ecosystems without needing to resort to external applications.

The integration of artificial intelligence was developed to make navigation more practical and provide additional context about the assets held in the wallet. Instead of just storing cryptocurrencies, Trust Wallet now offers a more interactive experience for those who follow the market daily.

“With the growing integration of AI into financial services, the challenge lies in balancing intelligence and control,” said Trust Wallet.

The company highlighted that the concept of the tool seeks to unite the benefits of artificial intelligence with the philosophy of self-custody, preserving users’ control over their own digital assets.

“Traditional financial platforms generally depend on centralized systems, while self-custody gives individuals direct ownership of their assets. Trust Wallet AI brings these principles together, combining personalized financial information with the foundation of self-custody,” the team added.

According to Trust Wallet, the artificial intelligence was designed to complement decision-making, offering information based on the user’s on-chain activity, without issuing investment recommendations or suggesting specific cryptocurrency transactions.

The company also emphasized that security remains a priority. The AI does not have access to users’ private keys nor can it move assets autonomously. Every transaction still requires explicit authorization from the wallet owner before it is executed.

With this launch, Trust Wallet expands the use of artificial intelligence in cryptocurrency wallets by combining personalized analyses, on-chain data, and features focused on self-custody, while keeping control of operations exclusively in the hands of users.
