Vasco da Gama, one of the biggest football clubs in Brazil, signed an agreement with Socios.com and will launch its fan token through the platform. Entitled $VASCO, the token seeks to facilitate engagement with the club's fans, which have an estimated 12 million across the country.
The partnership must have several actions for engagement, such as experience and participation in club decisions for digital asset holders. Socios.com believes that fans will be able to give their opinion on the choice of shirt design, uniform number for reinforcements, music and other topics that will only have polls for those who buy the $VASCO.

Socios.com said that, of the markets it works in, Brazil is one of those that show a large number of growth, pointing out that last year alone, there was an increase of 3.900% in the number of users. In addition to Vasco, the company also has links with clubs such as the current Brazilian champion, Atlético-MG, Corinthians, Flamengo, Internacional and the current champion of Libertadores de América, Palmeiras.

The announcement of the agreement was made on the Socios.com Twitter this Tuesday morning (18), with a presentation video praising the fans and the history of Vasco da Gama, which this season will compete in the Campeonato Carioca, the Copa do Brasil and the Campeonato Brasileiro Série B, in search of access to Série A, after two years of the last fall.
