CCIP is currently supported on several major networks, including Ethereum, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, Polygon, Avalanche, Base, Optimism, and WEMIX. The Chainlink team plans to expand this list further, promising to integrate more blockchains in the near future.
This milestone for Chainlink follows a series of significant developments. In recent months, the platform launched the Transporter bridge app and added the functionality of native transfers of ETH and USDC tokens. The CCIP protocol now supports transactions for tokens such as ETH, USDC and LINK between different chains, highlighting their versatility and usefulness.
