Nummus Aeternitas (NUMMUS) is a meme coin inspired by historical Roman symbolism, operating on the Solana blockchain. The project was launched with a community-driven approach and a fair launch on the Raydium launchpad, with the full supply released at launch.

At launch, NUMMUS had no team allocation, no pre-sales, and no venture capital participation. The distribution was carried out transparently for the community, with all tokens made available from the beginning.

The Nummus narrative connects the idea of resilience and conquest to the spirit associated with Julius Caesar, adapted to the context of decentralized finance. In addition to its meme appeal, the project highlights community values and verifiable on-chain actions.

As a demonstration of long-term commitment, the community locked 23% of the supply for up to one year. There was also a donation of 10% of the supply by holders to create a strategic reserve linked to Bitcoin.

Governance and use of the reserve

Nummus promotes decentralized governance, with holder voting for relevant decisions about the treasury, such as possible Bitcoin buybacks or distributions to the community. The reserve is managed with multisignature wallets and smart contracts on Streamflow.

The reserve resources follow a controlled release over two years, reinforcing the transparency of the process.
