How NEST works

The protocol operates through MetaDEX mechanics that direct the fees generated by trades to voters. NEST then multiplies this value with the HYPE Engine, creating a mechanism focused on continuous growth in the Hyperliquid ecosystem.

In this model, each trade contributes to the accumulation of HYPE, with the potential to increase the alignment between trading activities and participants' exposure gains.

Purpose and use in the ecosystem

In practice, NEST seeks to strengthen the dynamics of DeFi and Decentralized Exchange by connecting the flow of fees to increased exposure to HYPE. As a result, the protocol's operation is directly related to the trading volume in the environment.
