Victoria VR (VR) is an open-source artificial intelligence platform focused on the 3D Internet. It converts natural language prompts into three-dimensional content and immersive applications for desktop, VR, and mobile, serving as a foundation for Operating Reality and the Immersive Internet.
The core of the project works with prompt-to-3D creation, generating assets, worlds, and logic from text instructions. The platform combines a full-stack environment to create, publish, and operate spatial experiences with computing and production resources.
The VR AI Builder enables zero-code content creation, including maps, games, training modules, and automations for enterprise scenarios. The AI Hub orchestrates multiple AI models for pipelines such as prompt-to-world, prompt-to-texture, and prompt-to-3D, while also supporting an agent factory with persona, tools, memory, and knowledge.
AI Avatars operate as autonomous agents with memory, personality, tool use, and multilingual conversations. Meanwhile, AI Verse acts as a runtime and economy layer for worlds and agents, incorporating identity and access, payments and participation rewards, as well as moderation/compliance and catalogs with interoperability via SDKs/APIs.
With Victoria VR, creators and studios can publish experiences in an ecosystem that involves economy and publishing with land-gating for VR/mobile/desktop. The project also serves education and training with no-code modules for simulations, learning, and skill development, in addition to use in gaming with avatar production and multiplatform publishing.
