Invesco Short Duration US Government Securities Fund (USTB) is a fund structured to tokenize exposure to short-duration United States Treasury and U.S. Agency securities. The proposal combines a private funds structure with third-party services to enable on-chain participation.

What USTB seeks to invest in

USTB invests resources in short-term securities issued by the U.S. government and its agencies. The objective is to target the federal funds rate, while using a management fee of 0,15%.

Subscription, redemption, and daily NAV

Accepted U.S. Qualified Purchasers may subscribe to and redeem fund shares using USDC. The value is disclosed through a daily NAV calculated by NAV Consulting.

Ethereum, Allowlist, and on-chain compliance

On-chain ownership is enabled by an Ethereum-based Allowlist, which supports on-chain ownership and transfer with compliance functionalities. For the future, there is an indication that peer-to-peer transactions may become possible, subject to applicable restrictions.

Custody and wallets: from self-custody to providers

USTB allows self-custody in the on-chain accounts chosen by the investor, such as EOA, multi-sig, or MPC wallet. It is also possible to choose Anchorage Digital Bank National Association or BitGo as qualified custodians.

Fund management and legal structure

The fund is managed by Superstate, Exempt Reporting Adviser, with Federated Hermes acting as sub-advisor. USTB is a series of a Delaware Trust, legally separate from Superstate.

Connection to tokenized treasuries and RWA

As a project focused on tokenized treasuries, USTB positions regulated access to traditional instruments within the universe of Real World Assets (RWA). The stated mission is to develop modern and regulated investment products to expand institutional opportunities and, in the future, for more participants.
