How the AZND structure works

This division seeks to reflect distinct roles within the tokenized product, associating AZND with the senior portion of the credit flow.

Tokenization and offchain governance

The tokenized assets are held by regulated offchain entities. These entities rely on third-party services for support and reporting, keeping the operation tied to custody and transparency requirements.

To increase verifiability, Mu Digital publishes onchain data related to the portfolio composition and the associated yield.

Integration with DeFi and use in applications

In addition to the tokenization component, the protocol integrates the tokens into DeFi applications. This includes decentralized exchanges, lending markets, and platforms focused on yield management.

With these integrations, AZND can be used within flows compatible with the DeFi ecosystem, maintaining the link to the tokenized credit product.
