How peer-to-peer trading works

In the Swap model, AirSwap seeks to offer a decentralized trading solution structured around point-to-point communication. The idea is to allow users to find counterparties and negotiate prices within the execution flow itself.

What Swap aims to solve

In peer-to-peer environments, two challenges often appear: counterparty discovery and price suggestions. The Swap design seeks to address these issues to make the exchange process more organized.

What AirSwap is used for

As a DEX and part of the DeFi ecosystem, AirSwap is intended for the decentralized exchange of tokens. By using the protocol proposed in the Swap whitepaper, the platform positions itself as an alternative based on direct interaction between participants.
