Anything below the $1,800 level in $ETH is: - A huge opportunity - Not very attractive for day trading purposes. This chart represents that extremely well, as it shows that we are currently in a clear downtrend on the chart. However, It is forming a potential strong bullish divergence on many levels, and that would indicate that $ETH is going to follow Bitcoin. This would not be a surprise, right? The approval of the Clarity Act is just around the corner, and this whole event is being used as a negative instrument for the markets to continue falling. A typical kind of 'sell the rumor, buy the news' price action that we are seeing here. Other than that, sweeping the following levels would be a tremendous buying opportunity from my perspective: - Below $1,505 - Below $1,385 I don't think the markets are willing to fall further and I doubt we will see those levels ($AAVE and other protocols are already taking off). I would much rather see a clear breakout at $1,800 and view those levels as strong opportunities to accumulate more positions.
