BNB Chain announced the launch of BNB Agent Studio, a platform developed in partnership with AWS to simplify the creation of autonomous artificial intelligence agents. The solution allows developers to create agents capable of operating independently, receiving payments in cryptocurrencies, and maintaining their own digital identity, significantly reducing development complexity.
The new tool was created in collaboration with the AWS Generative AI Innovation Center and allows an agent to be configured in approximately 15 minutes using only a text description. The process is compatible with development environments such as Claude Code, Cursor, and other platforms compatible with the MCP protocol.
During creation, BNB Agent Studio automatically sets up all the infrastructure needed to run the agent on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore. This includes hosting resources, digital identity, payments, and integration with artificial intelligence models, eliminating the need to configure each component separately.
According to BNB Chain, this workflow reduces steps that would normally require different providers and days of technical integration. The platform was designed to offer a unified experience from deployment to the continuous operation of the agents.
“Creating an autonomous AI agent normally meant assembling a fragile structure with four or more integrations from different providers: a digital wallet, an identity layer, payments, an AI model, and hosting,” said Nina Rong, Executive Director of Growth at BNB Chain. “We are talking about days and weeks of integration work. BNB Agent Studio replaces all of that with a single setup, designed as a single product from the beginning.”
In addition to simplified creation, the platform allows agents to monetize their own services. They can charge in cryptocurrencies for the tasks performed, use this revenue to cover operational expenses, and preserve their history and intelligence even when transferred between different execution environments.
Each agent receives a digital identity based on the ERC-8004, controlled by the owner's private keys. In this way, agents can be treated as digital assets, allowing ownership, transfer, and management in a manner similar to other assets recorded on blockchain.
“With Amazon Bedrock AgentCore as the execution environment, BNB Chain will open up a completely new category: AI agents as persistent, tradable, and individually owned digital entities. This vision will allow agents to be paused, resumed, migrated, recovered, and transferred, including through tokenization,” Rong added.
The launch expands the capabilities previously made available through the BNB Agent SDK. The team said it intends to update BNB Agent Studio in cycles of approximately two weeks, adding new features to serve developers working on applications focused on the collaborative economy and the use of artificial intelligence integrated with blockchain.
